Returns Form Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if returning non faulty items. Under the Consumer Goods act, items can be opened & inspected only within this 14-day cooling-off period. This returns form needs to be submitted online and accepted by RAY Lighting before items are returned. The customer must cover the cost of the return for non-faulty items. You may be subject to a restocking fee. All non-faulty returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Please see Warranty – Terms and Conditions for more information.
